9/12/2023 0 Comments Zombie hunter online comic![]() ![]() ![]() If you’re in the mood for something that you might not be able to finish in an afternoon, but are willing to push forward anyways and like pretty art (and zombies), then The Zombie Hunters is definitely worth a look! It’s updated every Monday and Thursday over at thezombiehunters. Having been running since 2006, there is definitely a lot of backlog to get through, but with a character lists and an encyclopedia of sorts, it is easy to get situated. I know that zombies are all the rage these days (to quote Zoolander, they are “so hot right now”) so to promote a webcomic involving them seems a bit cliché and pointless, but trust me, this one is so worth it. If The Walking Dead (and others of that ilk) are about the journey towards some place “safe” then the Zombie Hunters is about what gets done after it is found. Starting past the point where these characters have survived the initial outbreak and found a sort of haven, it explores what happens next. They’re still very much living their lives, which just happen to also include zombies. They still have things to do and interpersonal drama that gets in the way of things. But aside from that somewhat clichéd sounding one-line summary, it has a very real story at its core. Written and drawn by Jenny Romanchuk, this fantastic comic deals with ragtag combination of friends and acquaintances who ban together in a zombie-riddled Sault St Marie. From the very beginning there is a seriously cinematic quality to the style and the layout of the panels that pulls you in makes it feel like this should be something up on a much bigger screen than your computer. and you want to read all kinds of adult comics online manhwa, manga, manhua. It shouldn’t be beautiful, by any rights it shouldn’t even be pretty given its subject nature, but it is. The largest seller of Comic Books on Facebook offering exclusive covers for Marvel, Dynamite, Image, DC, IDW and more. That test turned out to be a hellish training to become a Zombie Hunter. That’s the first thing that pops into my head to describe it. Each week, we like to shine a spotlight on one of the webcomics that we happen to keep up with on the interwebs. A bit too much of talking and the same action (read effects) used.Webcomic Wednesdays is a weekly feature here at Girls Read Comics Too. And if you have a close look here at Zombie Hunter you can see posters for Ozombie and Orcs, do I need to say more. And for Danny, hey man, you're going for the money or what, Rise Of The Zombies (2012) was another disaster. One of those flicks were you take your remote and wanted to push the fast forward or even the eject button. I don't have any problem with blood flying against the lens of a camera but here we always have that effect and the blood has some purple colour. The clothes they walk around aren't what they should be. But not only that, the zombies faces are really well-done but that's it, it's only their faces that are zombie looking. O sure, she shows them titties but off-camera. ![]() The so-called sexy chick do walk around scantily clad but when she's given her pole dancing she stays dressed. ![]() This flick is full of stereotypes like the macho killer, the smart girl, the nerd, and of course the sexy chick. Here we do have Danny Trejo as Jesus but he's in it for just a few moments. For some reason, money I guess, famous names are but on the bills to attract the fans. Nowadays independents aren't delivering the goods, there's nothing to spot and most of them are utterly boring. There was a time not so long ago when the independent flicks ruled the horror business but that's over. ![]()
